Bunker 1

Bunker

From the outside, Bunker's ergonomics evoke a sanitized and cold aesthetic. The white monolith in the shape of a cylinder is lying on its length. The imposing size does not seem to justify the presence of the object except that a circular opening is located on the surface of one of the two ends. By pushing the pivoting door, the visitor is invited to enter the object. It is only once installed inside that he will discover a complex universe where the celestial vault and infinite space fascinate with a subtle play of mirrors and holes. Taking up the logic of the Camping Inside installation, but reversing the strategy of experimentation, the space confined to the dimensions of an outdoor tent becomes the theater of infinity where the interior surface of the object is the condition of illusion.
